Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity:
Cancellation Policy for Sales Contracts
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vinci Automation, Lange Str. 14, 17089 Burow OT Weltzin, kontakt@vinci-automation.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g. custom 3D printing)
- Services that have been fully performed, if performance was commenced and the consumer expressly agreed that the right of withdrawal would be extinguished upon complete fulfilment of the contract
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance was commenced and the consumer expressly agreed
Special Provisions for Marketplace Purchases
For purchases from Marketplace vendors, the right of withdrawal applies against the respective vendor. Vinci Automation will assist you with processing through the dispute resolution system.
